Recall's new online payment service (US customers only) allows an easy, more efficient method of paying your Recall invoice.
1. Choose either: Document Management Solutions/Data Protection Services online payment or Secure Destruction Services online payment
2. Enter your Recall customer billing number. This number starts with 10 and should be located in the upper right hand corner of your invoice. NOTE: Keep this number at hand because you will need it again later in the registration process.
3. Select Make Online Payment
The online payment service is provided via a secure connection at JPMorganChase Bank. Your Recall Customer username and password will NOT work on this site. That's why it is important to register on JPMorganChase Bank Online Payment site for a unique login. By doing this, you only have to register once and can access your account information at anytime.
If you do not register on the JPMorganChase Online Payment site, then you will be prompted for your account information each time you make an online payment.
