With Image on ReQuest, you can build your digital document management program – one file at a time – without incurring exorbitant and unnecessary IT costs.
Via Recall’s secure ReQuest Web interface, authorized users submit an online request for a particular file stored off-site at a secure Recall Information Center. Next, we systematically retrieve and convert the requested file(s) to electronic format. Upon completion, the authorized requestor will receive notification that the file is ready for download. Finally, the uploaded file will automatically expire after a preset period of time for security purposes.
