Learning and Development Programs
Recall University (Recall U) – Offering a combination of eLearning, instructor-led workshops and external development opportunities for all Recall Team Members. More than 2,000 study programs including sales techniques, computer training, leadership and communication skills. In addition, Team Members can earn Six Sigma Certification and Project Management Certification through Recall U.
Brambles Leadership Pathways Rotational Program – A three-year, cross-functional rotation program offering global assignments at Recall, Brambles, and sister company, CHEP. This program is ideal for individuals who have recently completed their Master’s degree and have five to seven years of experience working in their field of expertise. Participants explore a wide range of leadership and management opportunities, personal development plans, specific project work on key business initiatives as well as executive coaching and mentoring.
