Tom Fetters

Tom Fetters currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Data Protection Services (DPS) for Recall North America. Prior to transitioning into this role in May 2009, Tom was Vice President of Sales and Marketing after the successful launch of Sales Express and the Sales and Account Management On-Boarding training.

Tom joined the Brambles family of companies in 2004, when he accepted the role of Vice President of Customer Service and Quality for CHEP, Recall’s sister company. Tom was then promoted to Vice President of Operations for CHEP USA where he managed over 80 employees. In December 2007, Tom transitioned into the role of Global Director of Issue Resolution for Recall.

Tom began his professional career working for Ford Motor Company. In his 13 years with the company, he launched a variety of ventures and also managed various dealer development and sales and marketing assignments. He holds an undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing from Florida State University.
