In his 15 years with Recall, Bathmanathan has quickly progressed into various multi-functional roles of increasing responsibility, developing key customer and business skills required to effectively manage the Recall Malaysia business. His successes in leading critical initiatives across key functional areas as well as his leadership in continuous improvement for the region are key to meeting customer requirements for of the Malaysia business.

Most recently, he was Regional Head of Operations and IMPACT blending his 6 Sigma and process improvement skills that have delivered customer service improvements. Bathmanathan previously held positions as Business Improvement Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Manager of Operations and Customer CARE, Customer Relationship Manager and Account Management. Bathmanathan started at Recall as a Market Development Executive.

Bathmanathan holds Bachelor of Economics degree with honours from University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.
