FACILITIES
CISCO Recall operates two best practice Information Centres in Singapore. Our customers place their trust, and invaluable assets, in CISCO Recall's care. Their confidence is earned in countless ways. From the design of our purpose-built information management facilities, to the quality of our professionals, to our leading edge technology systems -- CISCO Recall takes every precaution to ensure our customers’ assets are in a secure and efficient environment.
CISCO Recall Information Centres are dedicated to the storage and timely accessibility of documents and other physical materials. Special vaults are used to safeguard vital computer backup media and environmentally sensitive items. Rest assured, your confidential information will be managed in secured facilities, protected from breach, theft or loss.
The meticulous security practices maintained in CISCO Recall Information Centres include:
• Highest level of physical, procedural and technology-based security
• Restricted access to depository
• Multiple layers of physical barriers to limit and prohibit access
• Multiple identity validation systems and procedures
• State-of-the-art fire prevention, early warning detection, gas suppression and containment systems
• Temperature and humidity control systems
• Redundant on-premise power sources and generators to guard against power outages
• Scheduled pest controlled activities
